摘要
通过建立以MC68HC11A1单片机为主控CPU的双闭环控制系统,采用IGBT逆变式弧焊电源,实现了波控CO2焊接方法的一元化调节及恒频短路过渡。实验结果表明:该系统焊接过程稳定、焊缝成型美观、飞溅小,同一直径焊丝适用的焊接电源范围宽,且抗干扰能力强。
In
this paper,a double closed loop control system based on MC68HC11 is established for IGBT
inverter type arc welding power source,and a wave-form contrded CO 2 welding method with
one-knob adjustment and constant short-circuit transfer frequency is achieved.The
experiment results show that this system has stable welding process,good weld
bead,small spatter,wide welding crrent for one wire diameter and strong anti-disturbance
ability.So that,it has an excellent spreading value.
