摘要
本文提出了G型π桥溢流阀的概念,对其压力流量特性进行了仿真研究,推导了G型π桥溢流阀的设计公式。G型π桥溢流阔的压力流量特性根据先导回路液阻参数的不同,溢流阀的控制压力随溢流量增加而呈现上升、恒值、下降三种不同的特性。
This paper offered the idea of the relief valve with G -πbridge hydraulic resistances pilot circuit, and got the pressure flow characteristic curves of the relief valve by simulation. It deduced the formula for designing the relief valve with G - πbridge. The relief valve with G - 7bridge presents three kinds of pmesure flow performances, i. e. when the ovemow increases the control pressure increases, keepsconstant and drops in terms of hydraulic resistance pmeters.
