摘要
本文结合对磨削机理、模湖逻辑、神经网络的研究提出了一种基于FNN的智能型磨削参数决策系统。在这个系统中,首先由上层专家系统决策出初始磨别参数,然后由两个FNN单元对磨削参数进行修正。其中FNNI利用磨削结果对磨削参数进行修正,FNN2利用当前砂轮磨损状况对磨削参数进行修正。通过仿真试验表明该系统是可行的,并具有很强的适应能力。
Based on the research of grinding mechanism,tuzzy control and artificial neural network,a FNN-based intelligent grinding parameter decision-making system is proposed in this paper. In the system, griding parameters are decided by upper - layer expert system. and then will be revised by two FNN units. Wheve one unit uses the actual results of grinding to repair these grinding parameters and another unit uses the current status of the grinder to repair them. So the suitable grinding parameters are obtained.By simulating it has been proved that the grinding parameters decision - making system is feasible and has high adaptive ability.
