摘要 糖尿病是动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)最重要的独立危险因素,但糖尿病导致AS的确切机制至今仍不完全清楚。研究表明,CD36是AS发生、发展过程中重要的调控分子,对CD36在糖尿病性动脉粥样硬化发生、发展过程中的作用进行深入的研究,有利于进一步揭示糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的机制,从而指导临床防治工作。
