建立事业部制是企业为了适应和赢得市场竞争、求得自身生存和发展的需要。强调了事业部体制下工艺技术工作的重要性，并提出了事业部体制下如何加强工艺管理和培养工艺技术人才等方面的几点看法。

Establishing the system of business section in enterprises is to adapt to and win market competition and to meet the need of self existance and development .This paper has stressed the importance of chological management under the cotrol of business section and presented the proposals on how tostrengthen the work and to train technological personnel.
