摘要
本文介绍了ITIL理论基本概念，及如何将其融入智能楼字运维管理，并根据作者经验对常见运维服务项目WBST作分解，优化流程。由此开发出的一套基于ITIL基础的综合监控管理与运维平台，在笔者参与的智能楼宇IT运维管理上成功发布实施。
This thesis introduces the basic concept and theory of ITIL. The research method of tiffs thesis is to work on a number of successful cases in the operation and maintenance service project in the field of constructional intelligent system integration. Further more, the thesis also shows an analysis of WBS and improves the optimized workflow. In addition, a real ITIL based software of comprehensive monitoring and management system has been created to solve the problem in the field of ITSM.
