工业工程是一门“技术＋管理＋系统”的科学。国内工业工程推广与应用的关键是工业工程师的培养。阐述了工业工程师的职业特征，结合企业IE应用的实践，探讨了工业工程师六种培养模式及其提高IE应用人员素质的途径。
Industrial Engineer is a science of lechnology + management + system. The key to the popularization and application of domestic industrial engineering is deternuned by the industrial engineer training. This paper presents the professional feature of industrial engineers. discusses thesix industrial engineer training methods and the ways to raise the quality of industrial engineering personnel.
