摘要
石油大学供热微机测控系统选用了模块化DCS。本文对硬件系统进行配置:针对燃烧控制系统时滞大、耦合性强、随机干扰多的特点,对出口水温采用“等等看”控制算法;对氧含量采用前馈—反馈控制,控制算法中采用了积分分离的PID算法;针对负压对象信号波动范围大等特点,以负压变化趋势来控制引风量的办法。
A modularized DCS is selected for use with a microprocessor-based measurement and control system for heating supply.A hardware system is configurated.In view of the features of the combustion control system,such as a long time lag,strong coupling capacity as well as many random disturbances,the control algorithm of 'wait and see' is used to control the water temperature at the outlet.The feedforward/feedback control is used to control the oxygen content.The PID algorithm of integral separation is used in the control algorithm.In accordance with the range of signal fluctuation from a controlled combustion chamber with a negative pressure,the trend of variations in the negative pressure is used to control the air draught.
