舒适护理在前列腺电切术中的应用研究

Study on comfort care in prostatic electrocision

目的 探讨舒适护理在前列腺电切术中的应用效果及护理措施.方法 对2009年1月-2010年1月间在我院接受电切术的前列腺疾病患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予常规护理,观察组同时给予舒适护理.结果 观察组患者手术时间及出血量明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者术后血压、术后心率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 舒适护理能明显更提高前列腺电切术中的舒适度,值得应用.

Objective To investigate the effect and care measures of comfort care in prostatic electrocision. Methods The 60 cases with prostatic diseases in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The two group received the normal care,and the observation group received the comfort care. Results The operation time and hemorrhage volume in the observation group were fewer than those in control group, and there were significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. The blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group after operation were obviously lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence rate of complication in the observation group were fewer than those in control group,and there was significant difference in them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comfort care can obviously improve the comfort level in operation of prostatic diseases,which is worth being used.
