比较优势、产业转移及经济发展——兼论四川承接产业转移问题研究

Comparative Advantages,Industrial Transfer and Development of Economics——Study on Problem of Taking Industrial Transfer in Sichuan

产业转移是区域经济发展中的重要问题,产业转移有其客观规律。虽然学界对于高梯度地区的产业转向低梯度地区的可行性存在争论,但梯度转移的趋势是客观存在的。四川省在承接产业转移过程中既存在着资源、市场、灾后重建契机等明显优势,又面临着市场化水平不高、居民收入低下、产业发展缺乏长效机制等若干挑战。文章对此进行了归纳和分析,并提出了促进四川承接产业转移的对策和建议。

Industrial transfer is an important problem in the development of regional economies;it has its own objective laws.Although there are disputes among the academics about the viability of transferring industry from high gradient place to low gradient place,the trends of gradient transfer exist objectively.In the course of taking industrial transfer,both distinct superiority and some challenges are existing in Sichuan Province,the former includes resources,markets,the chance of post-disaster reconstruction,etc.The latter comprises low level of both marketability and income of residents and the shortage of permanent industrial development mechanism,etc.With the induction and analysis of the above-mentioned problems,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the taking industrial transfer of Sichuan.
