摘要
员工参与能够改善员工的工作态度,在组织中得到了越来越广泛的推行。管理者与员工能否共享决策所需信息,是员工参与能否真正实现的基本前提。文章对员工参与中的信息分享问题进行了研究,尝试提出了一个分析框架。从管理者与员工的分享意愿、能力、内容、渠道已及管理者和员工对信息分享的不同认知等角度,对该问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的管理建议。
Employee involvement can effectively improve employees' job attitudes and has been increasingly implemented in more and more organizations.Information sharing between managers and employees is a key antecedence of employee involvement.This paper researches the issue of information sharing in the process of employee involvement and attempts to bring forward an analysis framework.It discusses the manager and employee's information sharing intention,sharing capacity,the contents of information,sharing channel and different cognitions of the managers and employees.Some corresponding management suggestions are proposed.
