摘要
给出了求解轮毂轴承载荷分布、轴承位移的数值方法,然后探讨了轴向游隙对轿车轮毂轴承疲劳寿命和力矩刚性的影响,在此基础上给出了"车轮晃动"的理论解释,并进一步讨论了轴向游隙的设计要点。
The load distribution and displacements are obtained by using a numerical approach for car hub bearings, and then the effect of axial clearance on performances of car hub bearings are investigated, such as the moment rigidity and the fatigue life. Based on this, the theoretic explanation is given about the "wheel sloshing", and the design issues for the axial clearance are further discussed.
