摘要
分析现有轴承套圈倒角车床轴向进刀机构的特点及其加工轴承套圈倒角的方法,指出了其不能够满足当前批量生产的原因。改进了倒角车床轴向进给机构,介绍了改造后倒角车床的工作原理及加工过程,改进后的倒角车床结构简单,加工效率及精度高,能够满足小型及微型轴承批量生产的需求。
The characteristics of the axial feed mechanism for existing bearing ring chamfering lathe and the method for machining bearing ring chamfer are analyzed, and then the problem existing in the batch production is pointed out. The axial feed mechanism for the chamfering lathe is improved, and the working principles and machining process of im- proved chamfering lathe are introduced. The improved chamfering lathe features simple structure, high efficiency and high machining accuracy, which can meet the current demand for batch production of small size and miniature bearings.
