摘要 介绍了搅拌磨超细粉碎的工艺过程和助磨剂对超细粉碎效果的影响,探讨了搅拌磨超细粉碎的行为特征。研究表明,用搅拌磨可制得平均粒径小于1μm的超细滑石粉,工艺简单,效率高,产品无污染;助磨剂主要是通过与滑石粉的吸附作用,降低矿浆粘度,提高磨矿过程的分散性而产生助磨作用;试验证实间歇式搅拌磨的超细粉碎过程符合Charles定律。 The effect of the technological flowsheet of the superfine comminution by agitating grinding mill and the grinding aid on the superfine comminution results are presented and the behaviour characteristics of the superfine comminution by agitation grinding are discussed.The study has shown that agitation grinding mill can produce a superfine talc powder with an average particle size less than 1 μm and has advantages of simple technology,high efficiency and nonpulluted product.The grinding aid functions maily through its adsorption with talc powder which can reduce the pulp viscosity and raise the dispersivity of the grinding process.The experiment has proved that the superfine comminution process of intermittent agitation grinding mill coincides with Charles law and a model for the superfine comminution by agitation grinding mill has been established.
