摘要 在浮选生产过程中影响选别指标的因素很多,其中药剂用量为关键性的因素。文中着重论述了药剂用量的自动控制原理,并介绍了凤凰山铜矿采用MP1型药剂泵的应用效果。实现浮选药剂自动控制后,不仅药剂用量控制灵活、准确,而且大大减轻了工人劳动强度,比人工给药节省药剂15%~20%,更重要的是提高了选别指标。 There are many factors that can affect the metallurgical performances of the flotation,of which the reagent dosage is a crucial one.In the paper,the automatic control principle of the reagent dosage is highlightened and the application effect of MP 1 reagent pump in Fenghuashan Copper Mine is presented.The realization of the automatic control of reagent dosage can not only made the dosage control flexible and precise,but can also greatly reduce the workers' labour intensity and the reagent dosage by 15%~ 20%.The more important thing is that the metallurgical performances can be raised and an annual economical benefit of over 0.24 million yuan be achieved.
