摘要
利用铁密度传感器取得磁力脱水槽内精矿层界面变化的信号,经调制解调电路,由计算机控制电机转动磁力脱水槽的排矿阀门,使精矿层界面总是处于合理的位置,达到生产自动操作的要求。文中介绍了磁力脱水槽自动控制装置示意、工作原理。
The signals of the interface change of the concentrate layer in a magnetic dewatering tank are obtained through an iron density sensor and modulation and demodulation circuits.A computer controlled motor turns the discharging valve of the magnetic dewatering tank to make the interface of the concentrate layer always in a rational position so that the requirements of the automatic production operation can be met.The schematic drawing,the working principle,the main technical parameters and the industrial test indexes of the magnetic dewatering tank are presented.
