摘要
通过菜籽油进行酯交换、酰胺化、酯化及亚硫酸化反应,再和多种有效成分复配,制得其多官能团活性基LWF结合型加脂剂,并对其合成条件及其加脂机理进行研究。
The rapeseed oil Was modified by a series of reaction ,such as esterexchange reaction, amidation, esterf ication, ammoniatio and sulfition. The products were mixed with other effective comonents to prepairthe LWF type of multifunctional fatliquor. The condition of synthesis and mechanism of fatliquoring were also studied respectively.
