Probe of Doctrine of "Li" in Chinese Traditional Legal Culture through Analysis on the Word "Li"

通过对古"禮"字的字源进行分析,从"禮"字的解释与构成中所涉及到的"履"、"示"和"豊"三个字入手,试图从中找出中国传统法文化中所蕴含的礼的要素,从源头上探寻中国礼文化的内涵。

Through an in-depth analysis on the word ＂Li＂（Rite） , the article aims at seeking the origin of Chinese concept of ＂Li＂ and its influence on Chinese traditional legal culture. With the study on the words of ＂Lti（履）,Shi（示）,Li（豊）＂, which is closely connected with the composition of the word ＂Li＂ （rite） , the article expounds to explore the elements of Li embedded in Chinese traditional legal culture.
