我国警察健康权的缺失,不利于社会秩序的稳定和国家的长治久安。分析警察健康权缺失的原因,有针对性地提出保障警察健康权的具体措施:通过多种途径弥补警力的不足,避免警察积劳成疾;增加袭警成本,减少暴力袭警事件的发生;最后提出警察健康权受损后的补救措施,即受侵害警察可以通过司法救济途径向加害人请求赔偿和建立警察因公伤亡保险制度。

The lack of health right of police in China is not conducive to the social stability and the nation＇s long-term stability. The article analyzs the root cause of this lacking and puts forward to specific measures to protect the health right of police. Firstly, redeeming the inadequate police force through variety of ways to avoid the police from overworking; secondly, reducing the incidents of attacking the police by increasing the cost of attacking the police; thirdly, the remedial measures post-damage of the health right, i. e. , the aggrieved police can claim compensation for trespass from the person causing the injury through the judicial remedy, and the last, the establishment of police＇s casualty insurance system in course of duty.
