摘要 测试3种捻系数、6种混纺比18个品种的腈氯纶/棉混纺纱的断裂强力和断裂伸长率,研究该混纺纱的混纺比和捻系数对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着腈氯纶含量的增加,混纺纱强力先降低后增加,存在强力最小的混纺比;小于强力最小混纺比时,混纺纱断裂伸长率较小且变化不大,反之,随腈氯纶纤维含量增加而急剧增大;小于强力最小混纺比时,混纺纱断裂强力随捻系数的增加而增大,反之,随捻系数的增加而减小,相同混纺比条件下,随捻系数增大,混纺纱断裂伸长率减小。 The breaking strength and breaking elongation of 18 varieties of modacrylic/cotton blended yarns with three twist factors,six blending ratios were tested,and the effect of the blending ratio and the twist factor on the mechanical properties of the blended yarns were discussed.The result showed that as the content of modacrylic fibers in the blended yarns increased,the breaking strength decreased at first and then increased,and there was a blending ratio at which the yarn had the minimum breaking strength.When smaller than this blending ratio,the breaking elongation of the blended yarn was low and uniform,however,when larger than this blending ratio,it had a sharp increase with increased content of modacrylic fibers in the blended yarns.As the twist factor increased,the breaking strength increased when smaller than the blending ratio at the minimum strength and decreased when larger than the ratio.The breaking elongation decreased with the increase of the twist factor at the same blending ratio.
