摘要
以珍珠纤维/天丝/莫代尔混纺针织物为研究对象,用单因素实验法探讨了双氧水浓度、漂白温度、漂白时间以及pH值对其漂白效果的影响。确定了最优工艺条件:双氧水10mL/L,在80℃下漂白50min,pH值为10左右。在该条件下漂白,织物的白度较好,顶破强力变化也较小。
The pearl/Tencel/Modal fiber blended knit was bleached using hydrogen peroxide.The effect of factors,such as hydrogen peroxide concentration,bleaching temperature,bleaching time and pH value on the bleaching results were discussed by single factor experiment method.The optimized technological conditions were obtained as followed： 30% hydrogen peroxide 10mL/L,80℃,50 min,pH 10.Under the optimized conditions,the high whiteness of the fabric bleached was high and the loss of bursting strength was low.
