血清唾液酸检测在恶性肿瘤及炎性疾病中的临床应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨血清唾液酸检测在恶性肿瘤及炎性疾病中的诊断价值。方法应用日立7600型全自动生化分析仪,检测176例恶性肿瘤患者、141例良性疾病患者、152例其他炎症患者及120例健康体检者血清唾液酸含量,对结果进行统计学分析。结果各类恶性肿瘤组血清唾液酸(SA)均显著高于相应炎症组和健康对照组;胰腺炎、泌尿系感染以及其他各炎症组血清SA均显著高于健康对照组;恶性肿瘤组、良性疾病组和健康对照组唾液酸检测阳性率分别为56.8%、34%和0,差异有统计学意义;176例肿瘤患者中唾液酸检测阳性结果以胰腺癌组最高,阳性率为67.9%(19/28),结直肠癌组最低,阳性率为45.7%(21/46);在所有炎症组患者中唾液酸检测阳性结果以静脉血栓组最高,阳性率为59.5%(25/42),慢性扁桃体炎组最低,阳性率为7.7%(2/26)。结论血清唾液酸在恶性肿瘤和炎性疾病中均有不同程度的升高,且与病情发展密切相关,可作为组织细胞炎性损伤的重要参考指标。 Objective To study the value of serum sialic acid(SA) level in diagnosis of malignancies and inflammatory diseases.Methods SA levels in 176 patients with malignancies,141 patients with benign disease,152 patients with other inflammatory disease,and 120 healthy subjects were measured with a Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer and statistically analyzed.Results The serum SA levels were significantly higher in different groups of tumor patients,and in groups of patients with pancreatitis,urinary system infection and other inflammatory disease than in control group.The positive SA rate was 56.8%,34%,and zero,respectively,for malignancy,benign disease and control groups(P0.05).Among the 176 tumor patients,the serum SA level was the highest in pancreatic cancer group and the lowest in colorectal cancer group,with a positive rate of 67.9%(19/28) and 45.7%(21/46),respectively.Among the inflammation patients,the serum SA level was the highest in vein thrombosis group and the lowest in chronic tonsillitis group,with a positive rate of 59.5%(25/42) and 7.7%(2/26),respectively.Conclusion Serum SA level increased at a different extent in patients with malignancies and inflammatory diseases,which is closely related with the disease progression.It can thus be used as an important indicator of tissue cell inflammatory injury.
