思想政治理论课教学对高职院校学生职业价值观的引导

Ideological and Political Education in Occupational Values of Students Guide in Higher Vocational College

目前高职院校学生职业价值观呈现多元化的特点,如果不引导他们树立正确的职业价值观,将不利于今后的择业与就业,作为综合性、时代感最强的思想政治理论课应通过创新为学生就业素质的提高作出更大的贡献,发挥思想政治理论课在大学生思想政治素质和职业道德素质建设的主导作用,这是摆在思想政治理论课程每一位教师面前的重要问题。本文立足思想政治理论课的课堂教学,就如何培养高职院校学生的职业价值观作出论述。

Current higher vocational colleges students＇ occupational values diverse,if not to guide them to establish correct career values,it will go against future employment and employment,as the most comprehensive,the ideological and political theory course should innovate the improvement of the quality of employment for students to make greater contribution,ideological and political education play leading role in the college students＇ ideological and political quality and professional morality construction,this is every teacher＇s important issues in the ideological and political theory course.
