学前教育本科生职业认同现状的调查与研究 被引量:12

An Investigation on Career Identity for the Undergraduate Students Majored in Infant School Education

摘要 职业认同感是衡量学前教育专业本科生培养成功与否的重要指标。调查发现,学前教育专业本科学生的职业认同状况总体较好,但仍存在一些问题,例如专业选择动机不明确、所感受到的社会对于幼儿教师职业的尊敬度不高、专业坚定性不强等,建议从社会、学校、个人三方面着手,切实增强学生的职业认同。 Career identity is one of the key factors to measure if the infant school education is successful.The survey found that the career identity for the undergraduates majored in infant school education is fairly good,but there are still some problems,such as the motive to chose the specialty is not clear,the respect to the career of infant teacher has not been given too much attention and the professional firmness of the students is not strong enough.The paper thinks that we should take some measures to enhance students career identity in terms of the society,schools,and individual.
