我国未成年人刑事检察制度是我国未成年人司法制度的重要组成部分。我国未成年人司法制度建设起步较晚,且很不完善,我们仍有必要进行创新和探索。刑事和解程序因强调保护、恢复和教育刑罚观念,与我国未成年人司法制度确立的特殊保护原则和教育感化挽救方针相一致,为增强我国未成年人司法制度的功能和效用,增加未成年人刑事犯罪处理程序和刑事处遇的多样化,以四川省检察系统在刑事检察工作中引入刑事和解处理未成年犯罪问题为例证,探析刑事和解程序引入适用于我国未成年人司法制度中的必要性和可行性。

The system of Juvenile criminal prosecution is an important component of juvenile justice system.It developed not a long time,and the new fields need to do further research.The basic principles of victim-offender reconciliation focus on protection,rehabilitation and education,which are similar to the principles of juvenile justice system,just as special protection,education,and moralization to Salvation.Aim to promote the effectiveness of the juvenile justice system,diversify the alternative methods of Criminal procedural,this paper takes the practice of Sichuan Prosecution System for example,and explores the necessity and feasibility of the application on victim-offender reconciliation in juvenile criminal prosecution.
