Research on Evaluation of Enterprises' Independent Innovation Ability Based on BSC and ANP Theory

对企业自主创新能力的评价能帮助企业及时把握自身自主创新工作动态和效果,但相关研究在国内起步较晚,且未形成共识。以平衡计分卡思想为指导,并考虑企业自主创新的动态性和战略性以及评价指标的可操作性,企业自主创新能力评价指标体系应包括财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习与成长四个维度的16项指标,而网络分析法能克服各指标之间的相关性,提高评价的准确性。

Enterprises＇ independent innovation ability evaluation enables enterprises to bring the work developments and effectiveness of their independent innovation ability under control. However, relevant research on the same subject start comparatively late in China. Enterprises＇ independent innovation ability evaluation is a multi-index synthetic problem which includes 16 indexes of the four dimensionalities ： finance, clients, internal operation process and learning and growing. Considering the dynamics, strategy and operability of evaluation index, an evaluation index system for enterprises＇ independent innovation ability based on the Balanced Score Card （BSC） is constructed. In order to solve the correlation problem between indexes, an evaluation model of enterprises＇ independent innovation ability based on Analytic Network Process （ANP） is proposed. The results are illustrated by an instance which indicates that ANP method is more precise to evaluate enterprises＇ independent innovation ability.
