公共图书馆在非物质文化遗产保护中的作用——以自贡市图书馆为例

The Role of Public Library in Non-material Cultural Heritage Protection——A Case Study of Zigong City Library

公共图书馆的服务与非物质文化遗产保护及传承之间有着密切联系,保存人类文化遗产,为各种信息载体的保存提供技术支持,让人类文化遗产以多种多样的方式揭示和宣传是图书馆的社会职能。全国各级公共图书馆纷纷加入到保护工作的行列中,积极利用图书馆在收集文献资源方面的优势,将对非物质文化遗产保护工作作为扩大图书馆服务领域的一项新的工作来开展。自贡市图书馆作为自贡地区文献信息资源收集与传播中心,在开展非物质文化保护方面积极参与,充分发挥图书馆文献资料的收藏功能,显示出公共图书馆应有的文化自觉和义不容辞的责任。

There exists a close relationship between public library service and the protection of non-material cultural heritage.It is the public library＇s social function to protect human cultural heritage,provide technical support for the preservation of various kinds of information carriers,display and broadcast the cultural heritage via a variety of methods.Presently,public libraries at all levels throughout the country have acted jointly to protect the heritage,taking advantage of the resources of libraries.By doing so,the protection job will become a new working area of public libraries.Zigong City Library,being the center of collection and broadcast of information resources in Zigong,is playing an active role in the protection of non-material cultural heritage and bringing its cultural consciousness and public responsibility into full play.
