摘要 为了快速准确地设计出高功率基站功放,在研究负载牵引测试系统架构、原理和工作流程的基础上,采用安捷伦公司的先进设计系统软件内置负载牵引模块,应用负载牵引法设计了一款用于基站系统的功放。对完成匹配的功放进行优化仿真,得到了满足设计指标要求的匹配参数,再根据这些匹配参数制作实际功放,并对该功放进行实际测试,测试结果满足高增益、高输出功率、高效率和高线性度的要求,故在预失真线性化基础上,该功放能很好地应用于基站系统中,提高系统性能。 For the fast and accurate designing, the high power amplifiers of base stations, a power amplifier for base station systems was designed using the luad-pull module built-in Agilent' s advanced design system (ADS) , which is based on the study of load-pull test system architecture, principles and processes. The power amplifier with completed match was simulated and optimized to meet the match parameters of this design requirement. The actual power amplifier was made based on these parameters and the test results can meet the high gain, high output power, high efficiency and high linearity requirements. Based on the prcdistortion, the power amplifier could be well applied to the base station power amplifier system, for its improving on the system performance.
