宽光谱宽光束瞄具透过率测试系统

摘要 介绍了一种可用于瞄具、望远镜、透镜等光学系统的新型透过率检测系统。系统集光谱技术、检测与转换技术、计算机技术等多种技术于一体,分别设计了白光和光谱光源准直扩束系统和双通道反射测量光路。可进行宽光谱范围和大口径透过率检测。同时保证系统减小杂光、背景光和光源波动引起的误差。光谱范围覆盖可见一近红外波段(300~1600nm),测量光束直径可达60mm,分别使用4种透过率的标准透过率板进行标定实验,得到绝对测量误差≤0.5%的实验结果。 A new transmission test system for aiming device, telescope, lens and lens group was introduced. A lot of technologies were combined in the system including spectral technology, testing and changing technology and the computer technology. The white and spectrum light source collimating extender system was designed individually and the double channel reflective measuring optical path was used. The transmission test of the wide spectrum and wide light beam can be realized by this system. At the same time the error caused by stray light, bias light and light source swinging was decreased. The spectral range covers visible-infrared light band (300 - 1 600 nm) , and the diameter of light beam reaches 60 mm. Four different transmission rate boards are tested. The experiment results indicate the absolute measuring error ≤0.5%.
