摘要
针对韶钢50万t/a钢渣处理生产线原钢渣热闷装置使用过程中安装架、工作衬等易变形断裂,使用寿命短,钢渣粉化效果不稳定,热闷作业安全性差等问题,对热闷装置实施了改造.改造后热闷装置使用寿命明显延长,安全性大大提高。
In view of the problems associated with the scaffold and linings of the slag hot closed pot for the 500,000 t/a slag processing line at SISG,sueh as proneness to deformation and fracture,short service life,instability of the slag pulverization rate and poor operation safety, a technical upgrading work was undertaken to the pot, which resulted in an elongated service life,higher safety and remarkable social and economical benefits.
