摘要
利用火焰原子吸收光度法对青海野生灵芝中的Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Cd、Pb等微量元素的含量进行了测定,结果表明灵芝中富含Ca、Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu,且对维持人体健康有重要的药理作用,Pb虽对人体有毒,但含量微少.
The concentration of trace elements Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Cd、Pb in Ganoderma Lucidum was determined by flame atomic spectrophotometry.The results show that it is rich in trace elements Ca、Zn、Mn、Mg、Cu of Ganoderma Lucidum,and they are important for pharmacological action of keeping physical fitness.Although the lead is toxicity for the human body,the content in the Ganoderma Lucidum was tiny.
