温和灸不同灸量调节血脂的效应比较

Comparison Effects Among Different Dose of Warming Moxibustion on Levels of Blood Lipid

目的:观察比较不同灸量温和灸对急性高脂血大鼠血脂的调节效应差异及量效特征。方法:采用快速造模方法制备急性高脂血状态模型。将72只SD雄性成年大鼠随机分为正常组、模型对照组、药物治疗组、温和灸5min组、温和灸10min组、温和灸15min组,药物治疗组用洛伐他汀混悬液灌胃。治疗结束取血清,生化比色法测定血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)。结果:①温和灸5、10、15min均具有降低高脂血状态大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-c的效应,温和灸10min和15min升高HDL-c。②温和灸5、10、15min调节TC、LDL-c的效应差异无显著性意义。③温和灸对TG调节效应比较,温和灸10min组具有一定优势,是最优灸量。④温和灸对HDL-c的调节效应比较,10min组和15min组均具有显著作用,从趋势比较温和灸10min是最佳灸量。结论:不同灸量温和灸对高血脂状态均有一定的调节效应,但不同灸量对血脂不同的成分的调节有一定的差异,综合分析表明,温和灸10min是最佳灸量。

Objective：To observe the effect and quantity-effect relationship of moxibustion at different quantities in acute hyperlipemia rats.Methods：The model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 25% yolk emulsion.seventy-two SD female rats were randomly and evenly divided into normal blank group,model control group,lovastatin intragastric administration group,warming moxibustion 5min group,warming moxibustion 10min group,warming moxibustion 15min group.biochemical colorimetry was used to teste the serum cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein（LDL）,high density lipoprotein（HDL）after 3 times of therapies.Results：①Different dose of warming moxibustion treatments all had effects on decreasing serum TC,TG,LDL-c,warming moxibustion 10min group and 15min group on increasing HDL-c.②Comparison the effects among tree different dose of warming moxibustion on regulating TC,LDL-c is no significance.③moxibustion 10min group have the best effects on decreasing TG level.④a significant increace in HDL occurred on moxibustion 10min group and 15min group,and it seemed like that 10min group is better in increasing HDL.Conclusion：warming moxibustion is effective to regulate the abnormal levels of blood lipid,but the effects were different by using different time on different indexs.
