自从王叔和《脉经》之a后,后世医家论脉大多走向了一个单纯以脉列病、以脉列证的简单机械道路,而《黄帝内经》中的脉辨病机理论却是非常灵活的,认为脉诊应与体质、四时、经络、病证及其他诊法等多方面融合在一起,方能共同阐述疾病的病理机制和判断预后。
