补肾化毒法治疗系统性红斑狼疮临床观察

Clinical Observation of Method of Tonifying Kidney and Removing Toxins in Treating SLE

目的:观察补肾化毒中药对肾虚瘀毒证的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者病情活动性的影响。方法:选择60例符合ARA(1997)诊断标准、病情活动性标准的SLE患者,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗3个月,观察中药治疗SLE的临床疗效、ESR、尿蛋白等指标的影响。结果:治疗组的显效率(20/30,66.7%)明显高于对照组(10/30,33.3%),差异有非常明显性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组在改善口干、腰膝酸软、脱发等症状,减少尿蛋白、降低血沉及减轻其相应副作用等方面,明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:补肾化毒中药对肾虚瘀毒证的SLE具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the impact of Chinese medicine of Tonifying Kidney and Removing toxins on the disease activity of kidney deficiency and removing toxins in systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.Methods：Based on the diagnostic criteria of ARA（1997）of SLE,60 SLE patients with complete medical data were divided into two equal groups randomly.After 3 months,observe the impact of traditional Chinese medicine on clinical efficacy,ESR,urinary protein and other indexes.The efficiency of the treatment group was（20/30,66.7%）,which was significantly higher than control group（10/30,33.3%）.The difference is obviously significant（P0.01）.Treatment group improved significantly in improving dry mouth,weak waist,hair loss and other symptoms,reducing urinary protein,lowering erythrocyte sedimentation rate and reducing side effects（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine of Tonifying Kidney and Removing toxins have good clinical efficacy on the disease activity of kidney deficiency and removing toxins in SLE.
