中药分期贯穿活血化瘀法治疗血瘀型功能失调性子宫出血39例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 39 DUB Cases Were Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Which through the Activating Blood and Dispearing Stasis Treatment

目的:探讨中药分期活血化瘀法治疗血瘀型功血的疗效。方法:采用分期活血化瘀法,随症加减,治疗功血39例。结果:痊愈18例,显效14例,有效2例,无效5例,愈显率为82.06%,总有效率为87.18%。结论:中药分期活血化瘀法治疗功血临床效果良好。

Objective：To observate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating uterine bleeding.Method：To cure 39 uterine bleeding cases by the blood stasis dysfunctional treatment.Result：Recovered in 18 cases,14 patients with markedly effective,2 effective and ineffective in 5 cases.Markedly effective rate was 82.06%,and the total effective rate was 87.18%.Conclusion：The treatment of uterine bleeding by traditional Chinese medicine has good clinical effects.
