中西医结合治疗重症肌无力疗效观察

重症肌无力是一种自身免疫性疾病,系神经肌肉交接处传递功能障碍所致,临床特征是一部分或全身骨骼肌异常地容易疲劳,稍事休息,或服抗胆碱酯酶药物,肌力又恢复。该病病因与多种因素有关,如遗传、感染等。临床常用的治疗方法有胆碱酯酶抑制剂、肾上腺皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、放疗、胸腺摘除术等。笔者采用中西医结合的方法治疗该病,经多年临床观察,取得显著临床疗效。
