土家族药牛王刺质量标准研究

目的:建立土家族常用药牛王刺的质量标准,为土家药物资源的开发利用提供药学依据。方法:文章采用生药学、化学、基源鉴定、显微鉴定法、浸出物测定法、灰分测定法从名称、别名、来源、炮制、鉴别、检查等多方面对牛王刺药材质量标准进行了研究。结果:对牛王刺的性状、显微特征进行了描述,其他各项指标进行了较完全的考证,植物来源明确,显微鉴别重现性好、专属性强,水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物限度设定合理。结论:该方法简便快速,能有效控制土家族常用药材牛王刺的质量。

Objective：To establish quality standards for Tujia drug Niuwangci development and utilization of resources to provide the basis to return to school.Methods：In this paper,pharmacognosy,chemistry,base source identification,microscopic identification method,extract method,determination of ash from the name,alias,origin,processing,identification,inspection and other medicinal herbs of the quality standards studied of Niuwangci.Results：Traits of Niuwangci,microscopic characteristics were described,and other indicators of a more complete research,plant sources of clear and reproducible microscopic identification,specific,moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash,leaching were set reasonable limits.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid,effective control can be used for the quality of Tujia drug Niuwangci.
