文章通过查阅文献资料,从病因病机、中医药治疗、中西医结合治疗、问题与展望等方面对晚期胃癌的中西医结合治疗的新进展作一综述。文章认为中医药在晚期胃癌的治疗中占有优势,在改善患者临床症状、控制癌肿、增效减毒、延长生存时间、提高生存质量等方面取得了良好的疗效。

This article through literature review,from the etiology and pathogenesis,TCM therapy,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,problems and prospects etc of adanced gastric carcinoma of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of new are summarized.Chinese medicine in the treatment of adanced gastric carcinoma advantage,in improving the clinical symptoms,control cancer,synergistic reduction poison,prolonging the survival time,improve life quality,etc have achieved good effect.
