高校资助工作是高校全程育人、全员育人的有效途径,资助的不同类型和途径有不同的育人功能,高校资助工作有其特殊性,因而资助工作要与育人工作密切结合,高校资助工作要找准思想教育的切入点,充分发挥各种资助政策的不同育人功能,在帮助家庭经济困难学生顺利完成学业的同时,通过资助工作开展育人教育,使受助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,培养诚信、自立、自强、感恩等优秀品质。

High education subsidization is an effective way of carrying out all - staff and all - around education. The education function differs with the differing of the type and method of subsidization. Due to the specificity of the high education subsidization, the subsidization shall be combined with the education and find the entry point of education, maximizing the special education functions of different subsidization policies. During the subsidization of the students from poor family, the university shall also make effort to help them foster correct overlooks on the world,life and values through the moral education.
