基于职业能力培养为导向的“中国现代史”教学改革与实践

摘要 为适应基础教育新课改对高素质高技能历史教师的需求,从"中国现代史"课程教学内容的选择、教学思路设计、教学方法与手段和考试评价几个方面进行积极大胆的改革与实践。实践中,根据学生情况和职业岗位需求确定教学内容,围绕职业岗位能力需求进行教学设计,针对职业能力培养选择教学手段和教学方法,采用多种方式进行课程考核,全方位评定学生成绩,取得了一定的效果。 In accordance with the requirements of history teachers in elementary edueation-new course reform, brave teaching reform and practice are taken in the choice of teaching contents, the thoughts of teaching, teaching methods, teaching approaches and the assessment of examination. To be more specific, the choice of teaching contents should be based on students' actual situation and the requirements of their future job,the teaching plan,teaching methods and teaching approaches should be designed according to the development of professional abilities. A variety of assessments of this course should be adopted. Students' performance is scored by all - round assessment, which brings effective results.
