摘要
目的构建护士长应具备的管理能力指标体系,为选拔护士长及培训护士长管理能力提供依据。方法选择44名护理管理专家为函询对象,应用德尔菲法对护士长应具备的管理能力进行2轮函询。结果专家的积极性较高,专家的权威程度(Cr)系数为0.94,专家意见协调系数为0.13-0.35;建立的护士长管理能力包括知识、技能、态度3个一级指标(其权重分别为0.35、0.29、0.36),10个二级指标,63个三级指标。结论专家的积极性、权威程度及专家意见的集中程度均较高;护士长管理能力指标体系的构建,可为评价护士长管理能力提供依据,并为护士长管理能力培训课程的设置提供参考。
Objective To construct an evaluation index system for measuring management competencies of head nurses, and to provide basis for selection and training of head nurses.Methods The Delphi technique was used to consult 44 nursing managers twice in terms of the management competencies which head nurses should be equipped with.Results Experts had a high degree of initiative, the authority coefficient (Cr) was 0.94, and the consistency coefficients (Kendall′s W) ranged from 0.13 to 0.35. The management competencies that head nurses should have included 3 first-class indexes:knowledge, skills and attitude,with the weights of the 3 indexes being 0.35,0.29 and 0.36.And the system included 10 second-class indexes and 63 third-class indexes.Conclusion The experts exerted high enthusiasm into the study, and the authority level and the concentration of experts′ opinions were impressive. The evaluation index system serves as a tool to evaluate head nurses′ management competencies, and can help to set up trai-ning contents for head nurses.
