临床护士从事生活护理的行为意愿调查

Investigation on nurses′ will to perform life-associated nursing procedures

目的了解护士从事生活护理的行为意愿及其影响因素,为推动优质护理服务示范工程的实施提供参考。方法以方便抽样法抽取参加广东省护理人员培训班的403名护士为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷调查护士从事生活护理的行为意愿。结果在12项生活护理项目中,有7项均分未达到3分,护士最不愿意从事的生活护理项目依次为协助床上用便器、料理大小便,床上擦浴,指/趾甲护理,评分分别为2.35±0.95、2.51±0.90、2.53±0.94;最愿意做的是协助床上移动、肢体被动运动和协助翻身拍背及有效咳嗽,评分分别为3.24±0.75、3.29±0.77;护士从事生活护理的意愿受护龄、医院等级影响(P<0.05,P<0.01);66.25%的护士认为生活护理不能体现护理专业价值。结论护士从事生活护理的行为意愿不积极,对生活护理的专业价值认识不够;在实施生活护理中存在负面心理感受。要增强护士从事生活护理的行为意愿,应注重引导护士更新服务理念,加强护士对生活护理的专业认知教育,并对此意愿进行心理激励。

Objective To comprehend nurses′ will to perform life-associated nursing procedures, to explore the relevant factors and to provide information for implementing the high quality nursing demonstration project.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 403 clinical nurses′ will to perform life-associated nursing procedures.Results Among 12 items, the average scores of 7 items were less than 3 point. Among other things, nurses were most unwilling to do the following things： assisting patients in using a bedpan and in dealing with patients′ urine and stool, bathing in bed, and clipping nails, with the scores of the above 3 items being 2.35±0.95, 2.51±0.90, 2.53±0.94 respectively. Nurses were most willing to do the following things： assisting patients in doing over-bed exercise and passive movement of limbs, and assisting in turning and percussing the back for effective coughing, with the scores of the above 2 items being 3.24±0.75, 3.29±0.77 respectively. Nurses′ willingness to perform life-associated nursing procedures was affected by length of service, and the level of the hospital where they worked（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Totally, 66.25% of the nurses didn′t think that life-associated nursing procedures could accent the values of nursing.Conclusion Nurses are not very active and willing to perform life-associated nursing procedures, and they have negative feelings about it.In order to encourage clinical nurses to do life-associated nursing procedures, their service concepts should be updated, education on the importance of life-associated nursing procedures should be given to them, and spiritual encouragement should be provided.
