摘要 目的探讨在儿科护理教学中开展设计性实验的意义和教学效果。方法对166名护理本科学生采用设计性实验教学,根据教学目标,由教师提出实验课题和总体要求,指导学生自行设计并完成实验,采取综合考评和问卷调查的方法对实验课教学效果进行评价。结果学生设计性实验成绩为87-93分;78.75%-94.38%学生认为有助于提高学习兴趣、综合分析能力,有利于学科知识的相互渗透和增强团队协作精神;学生对教学方式、实验室管理等的评价较高。结论设计性实验教学是培养学生综合分析能力和整体素质的有效途经,有助于学生尽快适应临床。还需增加设计性实验在实验教学中的比例。 Objective To explore the teaching significance and effect of developing designing experiment in pediatric nursing education.Methods According to the teaching goal, designing experiment teaching was applied to 166 nursing students.First, the tea-chers pointed out the experiment topic and the overall requirements, and then instructed the students to design and accomplish the experiment by themselves. At completion of the teaching, comprehensive assessment and questionnaire investigation method were used to evaluate the result of the experiment.Results Nursing students had a score ranging from 87 to 93 in designing experiment; 78.75%~94.38% of the students believed that designing experiment teaching helped them to improve their interests in learning and the comprehensive capacity of learning. It also helped them to understand theoretical nursing knowledge more quickly, and strengthen their teamwork concept. The students thought highly of the teaching method and the management of the labs.Conclusion Designing experiment teaching is an effective method to cultivate students′ comprehensive analysis ability and overall quality.It also accelerates their adaptation to clinical practice.However, its proportion in nursing education should be increased.
