摘要
目的探讨系统饮食治疗计划用于老年抑郁症患者的有效性。方法将87例老年抑郁症患者按入院时间分为观察组(47例)和对照组(40例)。对照组入院后按一般护理常规,由护士给家属及患者讲解饮食治疗的重要性,指导家属自行为患者提供饮食。观察组按系统饮食治疗计划进行,患者入院后评价患者营养状况;其能量供给量按年龄、性别、体质量、营养状况等确定,将患者所需要的热量按平衡膳食的原则,换算成具体的食物;患者的饮食统一由营养师开具饮食处方,统一由营养科专人制作。结果干预后6周两组患者各项营养指标、临床治疗效果、药物不良反应比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论老年抑郁症患者经过系统的饮食治疗,可以改善患者机体的营养状况,提高临床治疗效果,减轻药物不良反应,有利于患者早期康复。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic dieteric therapy on the elderly patients with depression.Methods Totally, 87 elderly patients with depression were divided an observation group (n=47) and a control group(n=40) according to the admission dates. The patients in the control group were given nursing routines after admission.Nurses explained the importance of dieteric therapy to the patiens and their family members and guided them to take food themselves. The systematic dieteric plan were practised to patients in the observation group:nutritional assessment methods were used to evaluate the nutritional states of the patients, then the quantity of energy supply was calculated in light of age, gender, body weight and nutritional status, etc; according to the rule of equilibrium nutrition, the quantity of energy supply patients required was converted to specific foods.The foods were prescribed by dietitians and made by a designated staffmember of nutrition department.Results There were statistical significances in the nutritional indexes, clinical effects and rates of drug adverse reaction after six weeks of intervention between two groups(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion Systematic dieteric therapy may improve the nutritional status of elderly patients with depression, increase the clinical effects, attenuate the side effects and is good for early rehabilitation.
