摘要
文章介绍了XKHDC新型烘干机袋式除尘器的结构设计特点,探讨了滤袋尺寸及进气和排气管道的设计对立窑袋式除尘器的占地空间、气流分布及管道阻力的影响。本研究中着重研究了烘干机袋式除尘器各种过气及排气形式、清灰方式及清灰机构的差别和特点。该新型烘干机展式除尘器的设备投资比其它型号烘干机陈尘设备低20%左右。
The features of the new XKHDC type drier bag filter and its difference to the other type of drier bag filters are introduced. The influence of filter bag size and the air inlet and outlet pipirlg design to the space occupation, air flow distribution and piping resistance of the shaft kiln bag filter are investigated. This paper studies the differences and characteristics of the various air inlet and outlet types, dust cleaning methods and mechanism in emphasis. The equipment investment cost of this new drier bag filter is ca. 20% lower than other type of drier dedusting equipment.
