摘要
本文应用递推法得到光学涂层稳定性表达式。这些方程改进了涂层稳定条件的确定。应用这一方法,在掠角入射下对减反射涂层、全介质反射镜以及带通滤光片进行了计算。
The stability expressions of optical coatings are derived with a recursive method.These equations improve the determination of stability conditions for coatings.Some calculations are performed on grazing incidence antireflection coatings,all dielectric mirrors and band pass filters using this method.
