摘要
目的探讨AR和NF-κBp65在三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测60例TNBC中AR、NF-κBp65的表达情况。结果 60例TNBC中,AR阳性21例(35%),NF-κBp65阳性42例(70%),两者表达无相关性(P=0.324)。AR阳性者组织学分级低(P=0.026)、核分裂多<10/10HPF(P=0.032),NF-κBp65阳性者核分裂多≥10/10HPF(P=0.037),其他临床病理学特征比较无差异。结论 AR、NF-κB在TNBC中有较高的阳性率,可能在肿瘤发生过程中发挥着重要作用,可作为TNBC的治疗靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of AR and NF-ΚBp65 in triple negative breast carcinoma(TNBC).Methods The expression of AR and NF-ΚBp65 in 60 cases of TNBC were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive rate of AR was 35% (21/60),and that of NF-ΚBp65 was 70% (42/60),and there was no correlation between them.Compared with clinicopathologic features,AR-positive cases were more likely at lower tumor grade and had less mitosis count(P=0.026,P=0.032,respectively),but NF-κB p65-positive cases had more mitosis count(P=0.037).However,there was no significant difference found between their expressions and the others features.Conclusion AR and NF-κB have high positive rates in TNBC,so they may play critical roles in tumorigenesis of TNBC,and could be new treatment targets.
