从鼻科角度论鼻眼相关疾病

The discussion of nose-eye related diseases from the view of rhinology

鼻眼相关外科学是目前学科交叉并迅速发展起来的边缘学科。强调鼻眼相关疾病的概念,对鼻科、眼科、神经外科、口腔颌面外科及影像科等相关学科均非常重要。目前鼻科更多关注鼻眼相关疾病的诊断和治疗,但与眼科的合作和需求重视不够,同样眼科对鼻眼相关疾病关注也较少。只有学科间的密切合作,对涉及各学科的问题更专业化处理,鼻眼相关疾病的治疗水平才能进一步提高,由此促进鼻眼相关外科学的蓬勃发展。

Nose-eye related surgery is a fast developing interdisciplinary subject resulting from the interaction of multidiscipline, such as rhinololgy, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery and imaging department, etc. Until now, rhinologists gives his much more efforts in the diagnosis and treatment of nose-eye related diseases （NERD） but lacks of the cooperation with the ophthalmologists. Similarly, the ophthalmologists has less concern about NERD. Only by the closer cooperation between the different disciplines and the more professional management, can the much further improvement of NERD treatment level be achieved, thus to improve the development of nose-eye related surgery.
