老年人重度缺血性心力衰竭的相关因素分析

摘要 随着人口老龄化及对冠心病治疗手段的提高,冠心病造成的慢性心力衰竭（CHF）发病率呈逐年上升趋势,虽然近年来CHF的药物和非药物治疗在改善患者临床症状和预后方面有了较大进展,但CHF的病死率仍较高.我们对174例老年缺血性CHF患者进行回顾性分析研究,探讨老年重度缺血性CHF的相关因素.
