摘要
采用金相显微镜、透射电镜和硬度等测试手段,研究了Al-Zn-Mg合金在120 MPa液态模锻成形,经T6处理后的合金组织与性能。结果表明:试样热处理后,在晶内析出了细小球形GP区及η'过渡相;在α-Al相的基体上析出了η-MgZn2相,使试样的力学性能得到改善。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg alloy formed by liquid state forging under 120 MPa after heat treatment were studied by optical microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and hardness tests.The results show that fine spherical GP zone and η' transitional phase precipitate in the grain,η-MgZn2 phase precipitates in α-Al matrix after T6 treatment,so the mechanical properties of the alloy improve.
